Property Management Request
Full Management: Meets the needs of the owners who wish to remain anonymous or who are out of the area. As a professional property management business, RAINIER RENTALS has advantages in enforcement of prompt payment. Advertising is at our expense and we solve tenancy problems quickly and efficiently. Starting with careful tenant screening, our professional staff will accept only fully qualified tenants. Our services include: a 24-hour emergency repair line, maintenance calls, enforcing payment of rents, coordinating repairs according to owner’s instructions, performing periodic interior and exterior inspections and making mortgage payments, if requested. Owners receive rent proceeds promptly and are provided with year-end tax documents. Your expense in hiring a professional property manager is fully tax deductible! A leasing fee of only one-half of one month’s rent is charged for the new tenant lease. When the annual lease expires, there are no further charges to extend the tenant’s lease.
Rent-Up Program: This is a popular program for owners who do not need full management services, but who want the best qualified tenants in their house or multi-unit property. The charge for the rent-up program is one-half of one month’s rent.
